Daily Writing Reminder #12: Write About a Journey

Welcome back to the Daily Writing Reminder — your quick nudge to keep the words flowing. Today is the twelfth reminder!

Writing every day doesn’t have to mean grand projects. Even small bursts of writing build momentum, strengthen your voice, and give you space to explore ideas.

Today’s Nudge

A road in the middle of the forest going upwards.
Write about a journey — real or imagined.

It could be physical (a trip you’ve taken, a place you’d like to go), emotional (a change you’ve experienced), or even imaginary (a character setting off into the unknown).

📌 Experiment with perspective: describe the journey as if it’s happening now, or look back on it from the future.

Set a Reminder

Show up for your writing today, even if it’s just 10 minutes. The act of sitting down to write creates space for discovery and growth.

📌 Don’t worry about the destination — focus on what the path reveals along the way.
