Daily Writing Reminder #14: Write About a Turning Point

Welcome back to the Daily Writing Reminder — your quick nudge to keep the words flowing. Today is the fourteenth reminder!

Writing isn’t about waiting for inspiration to strike — it’s about showing up and letting your words find their shape. Even a few minutes each day builds momentum.

Today’s Nudge

A young woman writing in her journal while outside in nature.
Write about a turning point in your life or in a character’s journey.

It could be a decision, a conversation, or even a small moment that ended up changing everything. Focus on how it felt before, during, and after that shift.

📌 Try layering emotions — show the conflict, the hesitation, and the relief (or regret) that came with it.

Set a Reminder

Your words matter more than the perfect timing. Ten minutes is enough to uncover a story waiting inside you.

📌 Don’t underestimate small efforts — they stack up and lead to breakthroughs.
